• Proactively pursue both passive and active job seeking talent; direct source, headhunt, and pipeline top tier candidates at our Canada and U.S. locations under our Consumer Health division.• Work closely with our corporate recruiters as well as hiring managers, to help determine staffing strategies, obtain position requirements and compensation information.• Responsible for gathering and reporting on market data including compensation trends, competitor information and general talent pool findings through sourcing efforts.

• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with various recruitment items, including scheduling interviews using Workday, initiating employment verification and criminal background checks using HireRight, and drafting offer letters for candidates within Canada and the United States.• Working on various projects within talent acquisition operations.

• Recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, communicating withhiring managers, and scheduling interviews.• Drafting documents such as job descriptions, templates and policies.• Assisting with research and data entry for various projects for pay equity, AODA, andpolicy updates as required.• Entering new employee information into InfoHR.• Member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
