Over the past 5 years at Linked Finance my main responsibilities included dealing with customer service queries through our Helpdesk and over the phone. Completing all AML checks for all of our platform users. Reviewing and submitting documentation to our credit team, in order to complete loan fulfilment. I also manage our Merchant Cash Advance product. I manage a small team of two individuals who report and come to me for any questions or confirmation needed regarding their daily tasks.

I worked as a customer service agent in a fast paced call center. Our daily tasks included dealing with members of the public by either assisting or setting up their EFlow accounts for them. We also dealt with resolving their overdue balances from not paying their tolls on time and took a number of card payments over the phone daily

I began in Arvato dealing with residential customers over the phone. This entailed dealing with overdue balances on their accounts and trying to come to a resolution with the customer i.e paying the balance in full/setting up installment plans. After a few months I was promoted to the commercial team within the business. We dealt with companies that had overdue balances over the phone and by email by managing a weekly repayment ledger.
