In addition, a special sponsorship of the Noosa Heads surf Lifesaving Surf Club was established by Kabanas as they are an integral part of the community and tourism. Increased business and profits allowed for major renovations and improvements to the cooking facilities, which continued to escalate sales. Staff retention was incredible, 98% of our required staff stayed committed to us and we actively managed fluctuating seasonal staff. After experiencing net growth margins of around 60% year over year and seeing a 2 year upward trend, a decision was made to sell as a profit-making, fully operational entity with trained staff, developed website & social media, and strong trade relationships with suppliers.
