Increased business and profits allowed for major renovations and improvements to the cooking facilities, which continued to escalate sales. Staff retention was incredible, 98% of our required staff stayed committed to us and we actively managed fluctuating seasonal staff. After experiencing net growth margins of around 60% year over year and seeing a 2 year upward trend, a decision was made to sell as a profit-making, fully operational entity with trained staff, developed website & social media, and strong trade relationships with suppliers.
