I am heavily involved in our new venture of manufacturing and selling Shoring Boxes for the construction industry. I work closely with Engineers, our Shop Supervisor, Shop Manager, and vendors in order to determine best materials to use in order to meet the required "Shore Box grade"and then purchase materials. I'm responsible for the design and completion of all necessary Specification Sheets as well as fill-in "box specific information" on the As-Built and Engineer Drawing for each box. Shore Boxes require a voluminous amount of highly sensitive record keeping. I maintain all crucial records/drawings/as-builds/certs/welder qualifications/weld procedures for each Shore Box. We have started a new Safety branch and I am responsible for create all the training class presentations, website, and design/complete all literature/certificates/etc. that are required. I am responsible for developing and carrying out a yearly promotion calendar. We offer a variety of promotions from price discounts to free giveaways.
