Make decisions on the behalf of 2,600 sport club members to better the program and improve processes. Develop monthly Sport Club and Alumni Newsletters to update current and previous members about the program. Plan, coordinate, and execute sport club and intramural events for 25% of the student body. Act as a liaison for 4 sport clubs to assist managing executive boards, balancing budgets, and developing events. Hire, train, and schedule a staff of 40 for intramural events. Created a multi-faceted communication plan to rollout Cummins’ Story – the company’s new Mission, Vision, Values, Leadership Culture, Brand Promise and Strategy – to reach and engage 55,000 global employees. Packaged and conveyed key messages for the Cummins’ Story rollout across the company’s digital channels, through executive communications, and within collateral materials and graphics. Worked with executive and communications leadership to create visibility to change initiatives by writing and editing internal business news and organizational announcements. Supported a 5,000+ attendee community event by recruiting, scheduling, and training 126 volunteers

Travel to Green Bay, WI monthly to teach a middle school class about collegiate academics and student life. Develop to positive community relations among state grade schools while spreading University knowledge and experience.

Represent the University of Wisconsin-Madison by encouraging prospective students to attend UW-Madison through 100-minute walking tours that inform visitors about academics, extracurricular opportunities, and student life. Improve public speaking skills by mastering volume, tone, pace, organization, and physical presentation.
