As part of the Endeavors Border Surge Project ($789M), I designed and implemented the government-required reporting structure and cadence, and managed the team of seven (7) employees for daily coverage of Emergency Family Staging Center reporting across 8 sites, maintaining strict compliance with federal and state health departments, medical policies on federally mandated care standards, and ICE contractual reporting requirements.In my team lead capacity, I regularly coordinated with stakeholder leadership and representatives to standardize, streamline, and continuously improve reporting and documentation processes across the project. I facilitated interagency data-sharing with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations office, Health Service Corps, and Juvenile and Family Residential Management Unit.
