Client Services Associate
Current• Perform calendar/email management, business travel coordination, and office ordering for the CEO.• Host weekly team meetings; organize annual reviews and quarterly meetings; obtain necessary materials and documents; take minutes to record topics discussed and remaining action items.• Generate reports reflecting client service work, billing, and insurance production on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual or per-project/ad-hoc basis.• Engage with insurance clients as the primary point of contact to resolve inquiries and enforce institutional policies.• Direct the onboarding of insurance clients from application, underwriting, and delivery documentation. • Conduct research to acquire up-to-date knowledge of relevant insurance laws and processes in outside states, including upcoming changes and anticipated impacts.
