Issued background and reference checks • Handled employee/contractors time off requests and sick time. • Hired 300+ individuals since starting ranging from various levels, industries and companies. • Review and analyze candidate resumes/backgrounds and selection of candidates to present to employers• Performed full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, formatting resumes, presenting candidates to hiring managers, follow up, new hire paperwork• Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods.• Utilize technology and company culture to pro-actively & creatively make the best match for both candidate and client in order to insure a long lasting partnership. • Maintained knowledge on current business and recruitment trends and requirements.
