Responsible for organizing and managing the staffing of employees in Public Works. - Assist in researching and analyzing data on key initiatives that the City is currently working towards in order to ensure work is being completed efficiently in terms of City budgeting, and that the services are being met by the standards put in place by the City- Generate new development for hiring of more then 600 employees per season- Maintain a comprehensive database for human resources, budgeting and training on employees within Public Works - Gather, create and implement presentations to staff and managers on training and information on current key initiatives that are being looked at within the City - Helped incorporate a more efficient way to receive work orders and ensure customer services is being met via our internal LAGAN software to have service requests completed in a timely matter
