About Katie Bak

High energy relationship builder, communicator, collaborator, results driven servant leader. As the Director of Strategic Implementation for Renew my Church at the Archdiocese of Chicago I provide direct and daily implementation support for 220 parishes that are working to revive their parishes across the Greater Chicago area. I provide oversight and guidance to projects of high importance by working strategically and collaboratively across departments. I manage multiple projects at once while balancing the immediate needs of the team and I coordinate organizational communication to front line employees as well as executives. My off time is spent with my 2 children, coaching soccer, training for marathons/triathlons, hanging with dogs (@tailoftwintales), family and friends. Also enjoy reading, traveling and any craft project.
