I managed marketing support for 5+ national service teams (number has varied over tenure) and worked with their respective leaders to refine target audience (both internal and external); developed and adjusted marketing activities and campaigns to align with strategic vision and goals; and engaged the broader team in marketing and business development initiatives such as CRM use and thought leadership development and promotion.

As Manager of Marketing & Practice Development at Komisar Brady & Co. (KB & Co.), Southeastern Wisconsin accounting and business advisory firm, I was responsible for client acquisition and retention through management of marketing and branding activities, as well as direction and assistance in practice development efforts.

In one sentence, my role as the Marketing Communications Program Manager at FasTrak SoftWorks, Inc. was to work closely with the sales leadership and team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that bring in leads. On a day-to-day basis, this entailed email marketing and analysis, branding and design, website maintenance and development, and a plethora of other marketing duties: public relations, proposal-writing, sales support, and product packaging.

As a marketing and practice development coordinator for Kolb+Co. since May 2006, I worked closely with our advisers at all levels to develop and implement marketing strategies in their respective niches. I assisted internal, and occasionally external, clients with marketing projects. I used digital marketing channels including social media, email and other web applications. I also created, coordinated and completed advertising campaigns, mailing campaigns, trade show displays, public relations initiatives, networking events and market research projects. I assisted with our newsletter and proposal processes including writing, editing and publishing.

Work with the committee to develop a network of young professionals in Waukesha County through educational, philanthropic and social events. This group strives to provide information that will help young professionals grow within their career and make valuable, long-lasting connections throughout the community. Each event we look to provide opportunities to learn new skills and meet new people.

Having played soccer since second grade, I've gained a lot of real-world skills through the teamwork, dedication and instruction received. I now work with 3-6 year olds to begin to develop these same skills and love for the game. Each session coaches are responsible for teaching new skills, testing learned skills and developing a love for the game of soccer!
