Current• Oversee the statewide administration of funds (~$15M annually) across 7 subrecipients and the prime/UTA including all financial functions such as subaward payments, purchase orders, payroll expenses, vendor payments, travel and related expenses, supplies, etc. • Develop and manage annual TMAC budgets across multiple awards, create and maintain forecasting reports and other analysis tools for executive management and Federal financial reporting. Monitor subrecipient budgets and expenditures and assist with revision/reallocation requests and compliance questions as needed. • Manage the preparation process of the annual and semi-annual financial report due to NIST at the end of each grant year for the Prime (UTA) and all subrecipients. Review, analyze, and correct the financial reports if needed before recommending approval and upload to Grant Accounting. Manage other non-MEP financial reports as awards close.• Responsible for all HR functions on behalf of the department including but not limited to: posting positions, recruitment, scheduling interviews, on-boarding and training of new employees, timekeeper for the department, employee separation, and procedural questions.• Oversee and assist with TMAC Metroplex regions' accounting procedures including but not limited to customer contracts, invoicing, fiscal/grant management, financial administration policies and procedures, overdue collections, financial reporting, forecasting, etc.• Prepare monthly financial status reports for the Prime (UTA) and all subrecipients for management team review. Generate other complex routine and ad hoc financial reports to track award progress, or as requested by executive management. Provide status updates on awards to internal project managers as needed. Attend various meetings to represent the financial administration policies, procedures, and responsibilities of TMAC as needed by UTA, NIST-MEP, and TMAC.
