As an IB teacher of Spanish language acquisition, I believe that all students become most engaged when they are having fun with subject matter that is made relevant to them. By using differentiated instruction and material meaningful to each student, I hope to daily inspire my students to acquire Spanish skills and gain cultural awareness that they can take with them as they leave my classroom. As an educator, I also understand the importance of building a strong school community and building retention within the profession.
