BluePrint Education Consulting LLC, dba Blue Admission, provides education consulting services designed to prepare high-school-aged students for the university search and application process.

- Help build and create online and in-person educational solutions that support organizational strategy and goals.- Create and implement internal staff training and professional development certificates for academic programs, academic advising, and university counseling.- Manage projects and teams cross-functionally to support all academic initiatives at nine high school campuses in North America and via hybrid and virtual learning platforms.- Manage external partnerships with universities, vendors, developers, teachers, and high school administrators.- Actively guide and mentor teams of academic professionals, university counselors, and programmatic advisors toward strategic goals and individual professional development.

- Responsible for the creation and implementation of the college readiness program in nine high school boarding programs across the United States.- Work directly in the advising of international students, primarily F1 visa holders, through each step of the college application program.- Train and mentor fourteen staff members across campuses to be effective, knowledgeable college counselors.- Developed unique scholarship opportunities across a university network engaged in the recruitment and retention of international student populations.- Developed marketing and recruitment materials, social media campaigns, and webinar series in collaboration with corporate operations teams to increase brand awareness and improve student retention.

Provide students on their way to higher education opportunities with comprehensive college counseling and logistical planning. The college application process does not have to be stressful, and it does not have to be confusing. With a logical, realistic planning approach, I help students reach their application goals while minimizing their stress.

- Holistically evaluate highly-selective admission applications from first-time freshman, transfer, and international students. - Coordinate Rice Alumni Volunteers for Admission (RAVA) communications and oversee the distribution and completion of over 3,500 admission interview requests both domestic and international.- Develop annual training materials and sessions for RAVA program and assist in integrating new data management software.- Coordinate and plan Faculty Phon-A-Thon initiative, which helped connect admitted students with current faculty in the recruitment process.- Co-present at state-wide college counseling conference and co-lead a case study program.- Lead approximately 40 on-campus informational sessions annually to new and prospective students and their families.- Manage multi-state recruitment territory with a focus on driving undergraduate applications, building university awareness, and establishing counseling relationships.
