And as the globe's leading contract workforce specialist, we have unparalleled knowledge to help organisations overcome talent challenges, create clarity, deliver assurance and minimise risk.In my role as Project Manager my responsibilities include:• Manage, oversee and coordinate various sized projects from complex to relatively straightforward requirements from concept through to full implementation and warranty period• Manage the project group to ensure the risks, actions, issues and key decisions are highlighted, documented and completed where applicable within the agreed robust governance framework• Ensure that client requirements and analysis workshops are completed to define business, process, functional, technology requirements and data gathering and analysis needs• Ensure all project reporting is accurate and delivered to the agreed timescales, including project status and delivery to individual milestones, RAID logs, highlight reports and executive summary reports, etc.• Manage the change control process as defined and agreed within the PID• Manage all work streams and projects in accordance with set project methodology and governance, in a structured fashion ensuring all documents, tools and templates are accurate and maintained at all times• Define and deliver transition plans
