Responsible for the Tech Qualled recruiting program from sourcing through on-boarding. Interviews all candidates who apply to the program to determine their fit for high-tech sales. Trains, coaches and mentors candidates as they navigate our 7-week Launchpad Academy. Participates in sale cycle role play to prepare candidates for their new sales careers. Works closely with the business development and partner success team to ensure all veteran candidates are placed in a rewarding high-tech sales roles. To date, Tech Qualled has trained over 200 veterans and helped them advance their civilian careers.
