Katie Halimi is an Operating Partner at Offline Ventures, the early-stage venture firm with a focus on consumer tech, health, web3 and crypto. Katie works closely with Offline Ventures’ portfolio company founders and leadership teams as an advisor on all things related to talent, people and operations including recruiting, DE&I, compensation, culture, people operations and more. Katie leverages her previous experience as a venture talent partner, operating experience as a head of people at several high growth technology companies and executive search expertise to cultivate, manage and scale the firm's talent networks and operations. Prior to Offline, Katie was the Vice President of Talent at Sapphire Ventures’, a later stage venture firm with nearly $10B AUM, where she worked with portfolio companies and leadership teams to advise across all-things talent and human capital. Prior to Sapphire, she was an Executive Search and Talent Consultant who partnered with founders and investors across a multitude of industries, providing talent acquisition, executive search, and people consulting services for growth and scalability. Previously, Katie spent the better part of a decade in operating roles including her role as VP, People at Brit + Co (a digital media and commerce company) and Sailthru (a B2B marketing technology company) where she led all recruiting, HR, talent strategy/planning, culture, facilities, and internal communication efforts during accelerated times of growth for each. Prior, she spent several years in the executive search industry with Russell Reynolds working with internet, media, e-commerce, and consumer companies to assess, identify and recruit senior talent and leadership. Katie began her career in finance at JPMorgan. Katie also holds dual BA degrees in Economics and psychology from Bucknell University.
