Emerging Digital Academy is North Dakota’s first (and only) immersive 20 week coding bootcamp where students receive training to become full-stack engineers, capable of utilizing cutting edge software to build modern web-apps.-Develop and implement strategies to increase recruitment of prospective students-Manage student onboarding, including contract execution, contact information, start dates, and financial assistance-Educate and train students on career and professional development through regular sessions, job application reviews, and continual support as students journey through their job search.-Manage employer relationships

Concordia College is a Private Liberal Arts College enrolling approximately 1,800 students per year. -Collaborated with students in evaluating their values, interests, skills, and abilities and empowering them to reflect their personal and professional goals-Supported students through building effective relationships and providing up-to-date content-Created lesson plans for presentations and 1:1 appointments by developing outcomes, educational content, and assessment-Engaged in division wide curriculum to help students progress in the areas of practical competence, personal development, intercultural maturity, and community engagement

Faith Journey Lutheran Church is an ELCA Lutheran Church in West Fargo-Facilitated confirmation and youth group programming for 150+ students and parents-Provided engaging lessons, incorporating discussions, large group, and multimedia-Built lasing relationships with students while leading weekly activities and service projects-Organized and led 3-4 summer trips per year for up to 60 participants

Summer swimming lessons learn to swim program at Concordia ~5 sessions per summer.-Hired and supervised 30 instructors, training them on procedures and delivering curriculum-Ensured proper swimming technique was being taught to students according to the American Red Cross
