About Katie Clower

I am passionate about collaboration, and supporting groups to work toward their goals in a manner that is authentic, creative, respectful and deliberative. Some of my previous work focuses on facilitating public engagement in natural resources management, and incorporating differing worldviews and values into agency decision-making. Skills include process design, facilitation, conflict management, event planning, and project management.I also have extensive experience in outdoor and environmental education, and enjoy working with people of all ages to explore the natural world. I am particularly excited about mentoring young people in leadership, social justice, emotional intelligence, and environmental conservation.I am currently a stay-at-home parent, and spend any free time volunteering, reading, hiking, or cooking.
