About Katie Cornelison

I believe that every great leader needs a trusted advisor who can manage the balance between optimism and pragmatism. With 15 years of experience in CIO Advisory, Change Management, and Strategic Planning across a variety of organizations, I have developed an extraordinary talent for removing complexity from challenging situations. Helping leaders translate a grand strategy into real-world action plans, and then managing those action plans to completion is something that comes naturally to me.Two things have remained constant in my career: I am committed to achieving my goals, and I know that achieving my goals is impossible without the help of other people.  This means I lead by using a collaborative approach to problem-solving, seeking the support and involvement of stakeholders across functions, and putting purposeful structure in place to achieve objectives.  I align IT strategy with business strategy so that companies allocate people, money, and time to solve the problems most worth solving.
