Manage the successful creation and implementation of the marketing communications plan for Gurit globally, in accordance with company and business objectives.• Drafting of strategic marketing communications plans • Daily management of the Marketing Communications team• Identify, select and manage marketing / PR / exhibition and other external agencies • Manage marketing communications budget, including reporting and forecasting • Manage all marketing communications activities for the company to include: - The creation and delivery of targeted direct mail campaigns to customers and distributors - Overall management and organisation of the company’s attendance at conferences and trade exhibitions globally, to time and to budget - Creation of marketing literature - PR - drafting press releases, maintaining and building media lists, technical features, interviews, press conferences and press days - Overseeing the production of advertising campaigns - Managing the strategic direction of the company’s online and digital presence - Manage and maintain the company’s brand guidelines in conjunction with group communications - Product launches - Continual development and execution of the company’s marketing communications strategy

Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate all Gurit’s large scale corporate events - Stand manager and marketing point of contact at large exhibitions - Responsible for Gurit’s corporate merchandise programme and sponsorship programme - Plan and manage Gurit’s distributor marketing - Draft invites and press releases - Liaise with external design and marketing agencies - Financial forecasting
