I approach my career as a curator of relationships; building connections with people that extend beyond just the projects. This process is both internal and external, as relationships with colleagues, peers and clients are the foundation to my success. I like to be the person who people can trust with their projects, their money and their time. Trust is the ultimate goal; it is not built overnight and it does not come easy, it comes when one has consistently demonstrated excellence in quality and service.My approach to business and design is to think strategically and to be detail oriented, after all the devil is in the details. Big picture goals must be established, defined, analyzed and communicated at the beginning of the project in order to achieve success. One can only be successful in solving a problem after it has been thoughtfully defined. It's after defining the task can the details really shine, and the details are what make a project or a response unique.“As an designer that approaches design as a holistic process, with a foundation and education in both Architecture and Interior Design, one of my fundamental beliefs is that interior components and concepts should harmonize and respond to the architectural framework in which they exist. That belief is secondary only to my desire, to curate a personal client experience, tailored to the needs and nuances of each client and project, which in my experience, happens most often when the entire design team, from designers and architects, to engineers, consultants, contractors and clients work as a cohesive and collaborative team focusing on project success and client satisfaction.As Associate Principal with tvsdesign, I build upon my experiences on all sides of the AEC relationship; I am successful at managing teams, large and small, and engaging all members of the team throughout the design and construction process. Recently, one of my most proud accomplishments was to champion the successful completion of the Modernization of the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
