I'm a firm believer in just trying something new and see how it goes. I also strongly believe in highlighting the path and getting out of the way! My prior experience has been a practices coach at BNZ and a scrum master at three different development shops since 2015 - ACC, Flux Federation and VizExplorer. At Flux, I worked prominently with 2 scrum teams and have worked with a number of other teams practicing scrum and scrum-ban. These teams were a mixture of product, project, BAU and production support. Outside of these teams, I have also been involved in running presentations, post-mortems, project kick offs and Summer of Tech activities, such as HackFest 2017 and the Meet & Greet. I have been involved in IT since 2008 so I bring a variety of skills, including facilitation, asking prompting questions, being a team player, a self-starter, a quick learner, flexible, great organizational communicative abilities. I have good people skills and am known well around the office. I have a great sense of humour and a wild imagination. I love a varied and fun role and work best in a team environment.
