Responsible for managing United Way’s two action groups – the Young Leaders Society and Women United. Responsible for achieving or surpassing goals for donor participation and giving. Coordinates closely with the Resource Development department to engage, recruit and steward United Way donors and action group members within the workplace campaigns.- Develop, implement and manage United Way’s Young Leaders Society and Women United programs.- Coordinate with Resource Development team to engage, recruit and steward United Way donors and action group members within workplace campaigns.- Create stewardship plan for all individual donors across all campaigns.- Conduct presentations about United Way and action groups.- Lead and manage volunteer councils for United Way’s Young Leaders Society and Women United.- Interface with the Finance and Operations Department on matters that include dealing with pledge processing, customer relationship management and donor designations.- Interface with the Impact Department on matters that include impact work, results, volunteer opportunities, etc.

Manager of the new Reinhart Guest House at Bon Secours St. Marys Hospital

In charge of the volunteer department at the largest Hospitality House in the nation that runs off donations. Richmonds Hospitality House provides lodging and non medical services to over 150 families a night who find themselves in Richmond due to a medical emergency. Volunteers contribute over 10,000 hours each year at the house.

Managed aspects of logistics, customer service, publicity, and administration for the annual Richmond Heart Walk with 10,000 participants to raise one million dollars in funding for heart research and development projects.
