Responsible for the preparation, planning and coordination of marketing for product launches and product change requests across EMEA. Research and development of marketing strategy for new products or repositioning existing ones, to include competitor product positioning, targeting, development of customer proposition and evidence, plus suggested marketing activity. Prioritisation of workload for the wider marketing team and monitoring and reporting on progress, KPIs and successes against a demanding schedule of activity.

Over the last few years I have provided digital marketing, social media consultancy and project management to a number of clients across financial services, engineering, retail, healthcare, government, charity and small business sectors. The assignments I've worked on have been varied and include: • Leading a review of the leading UK Building Society's social media strategy and approach and measuring their performance against the competitor landscape. Informing an appropriate content strategy and metrics for measuring success. Evaluating their SEO performance and helping assess a new media agency.• A review of a small private asset management company to improve their digital presence, social media and link building. This included identifying areas for improvement and training a new digital team. • Responsible for planning the social media strategy for a global FTSE 250 electronics company across UK, France and Germany; doubling the number of followers and engagement across their social media profiles as well as owning the conversation at key events. • Running digital training and reviews for a finance lender and a global workwear company. • Setting up and project managing a video contest to run on digital and social media across 48 countries and 12 languages in EMEA for a global print company. • Working with companies active in sectors such as healthcare and the government to define their social media strategy and advising on their content strategy. • A number of charity clients where I have provided advice and support with social media pro bono.

Pioneered the use of Social Media within the Retail Bank.Wrote the strategy, roadmap and governance for Social Media.
