I have over 15 years of experience in the learning & development industry. My experiences range from supporting training events on every scale, instructing, managing learning delivery teams, and developing comprehensive learning solutions centered around learning administration including the support of learning technology platforms. More specifically, with my vast knowledge of industry standards and best practices, I designed and drove the adoption and use of a proprietary learning administration tool. Most recently in my career I have become full suite certified in the Cornerstone OnDemand product. I lead activities such as: gathering business requirements, communicating technology benefits to stakeholders, analyzing & configuring the technology to support the business processes/requirements, managing the testing and implementation of the technology platform. My clients have included: Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Delta Airlines, Boeing, Johnson & Johnson, Thomson Reuters, Eli Lilly, State of Alaska, United States Postal Service, Sinclair Broadcast Group, and more.
