Since August 2016 I have been the Overseas Team Leader within Last Night of Freedom, supervising a team of Events Managers within the travel industry. I have been working alongside our overseas operators to ensure we are working to the highest standard within the industry, my responsibilities include:- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships. As well as contracting new suppliers and working with existing suppliers to create a strong portfolio of products to fit the industry- Negotiating rates with national and independent suppliers- Working with and visiting oversees suppliers to confirm products are being developed and standards are being met within the company- Leading a team to the highest quality, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard whilst incentivising and arranging entertainment to boost morale company wide- Complaint handling, working alongside suppliers and clients to ensure the best outcome from both sides- Attending ABTA conferences for updates within the industry, feeding this back to my team upon returnAlongside the above, my role is still very much customer service based, I have developed a strong reputation for my excellent customer service skills during my time at Last Night of Freedom. Doing at least five things at once is also a recently honed skill of mine, which suits me well, as I have always known that I thrive under pressure and when run off my feet. I am confident communicating with both colleagues and external clients across all mediums and this is reflected within my current role at Last Night of Freedom.

Since May 2015 I have been working within the Operations team as an Event Manager to help ensure clients receive the very best 'Last Night of Freedom' this includes: - Working as an Event Manager within the travel industry to help tailor clients events to the highest possible standards- Speaking with clients on a daily basis after the point of booking to ensure they receive a tailor made customer service experience. - Developing marketing and business strategies. - Constantly developing IT skills on both internal and external systems.- Budget management.- Superb organisation, planning and monitoring as it relates to event activities.- Complaint handling, great initiative and conflict resolution both after the weekend and during the event process.

Planning, organising and overseeing events at Topshop/Topman both in and out of store. - Planning ideas in a group environment- Project Management - Co-ordination of events- Sourcing sponsorship- Creating and promoting marketing material for events- Working within time and budget guidelines - Presenting to branch managers
