Still holding these responsibilities in my role of Senior Product Executive, I worked closely with Contracting, Marketing, Trade, Call Centre and Revenue, managing bed briefs and closely monitoring sales and availability. KPIs include maximising revenue, meeting customer trends and minimising complaints.> Coordinating the production of brochure and Direct Mail pieces. Planning and executing other marketing activity for destinations, products or hotel chains on and offline including emails and spotlights (consumer and Trade), affiliate and PPC campaigns, exhibitions training days, inflight magazines, radio and TV campaigns, Fam Trips and featured space on the Jet2holidays homepage and landing pages> CMS management and writing content and hotel descriptions to appear on both the website and in print publications> Contributing to commitment proposals, conducting frequent quality reviews and competitor analysis, and monitoring market trends > Ensuring our properties are in line with specifications, and all hotel descriptions are accurate

I provided vital support to the day-to-day production of 2 radio stations, and was responsible for editing advertisement logs to meet tight daily deadlines. > Maximising available commercial airtime and meeting the required delivery of campaign targets> Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with various departments of Bauer and advertising agencies members> Monitoring the broadcasts, maintaining database records and undertaking key administrative activities> Using media systems such as Dalet and Planit Traffic to fulfil job duties and providing technical support where necessary
