As a Design Manager at Salesforce, I work across all different types of media to create promotional materials, events, and digital experiences that showcase the capabilities of our product. I scale design systems and processes in order to streamline our work. I lead a variety of projects where I help shape the visual identity of our marketing and brand initiatives. In this role, I collaborate daily with cross-functional team members, including fellow marketing managers, creative directors, designers, writers, campaigns, and product partners.

As a Senior Designer for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, I work on a creative team of designers and writers. Our work includes both digital and print media such as webpage development, social media promotional materials, and both event and out of home signage. We collaborate with other creative teams within Salesforce to ideate for large-scale events, campaigns, and initiatives as well.

Working as a graphic designer on Commerce Cloud, contracted through Aquent Studios, I supported a variety of initiatives to shape the visual identity and storytelling of our e-commerce solutions. As part of a collaborative and innovative environment, I contributed to exciting projects that drove business impact and elevate the customer experience, including global campaigns, social media promotions, website design, and world class event experiences.

I worked at hc1.com as a part of the marketing team. hc1 is a high-growth technology company and a leader in healthcare relationship management. Working in this fast-paced environment for my first post-graduate job was a great learning opportunity and starting point for my career as a designer. Within the marketing department, I designed promotional materials, including direct mail pieces and booth signage for trade shows. Web design is also a large part of my position, I worked within the hc1 ProviderView platform where I developed the user experience and user interface of the product. hc1 hosted a Healthcare Sales + Growth Summit in February 2018, where I was in charge of developing the brand, collateral, and campaigns surrounding this event.

I developed promotional materials for the Center of Excellence for Women in Technology (CEWiT). I created email headers, logos and flyers for events and organizations within CEWiT, and social media campaigns. The organization rebranded which I was on staff, so I developed the brand guidelines and integrated the new color scheme into current materials.

This position involved working directly with the art director of the museum. During weekly meetings, we discussed the best strategies to target specific audiences for events at the museum. I designed didactics within the exhibits, promotional signage and flyers, and redesigned the logo and menu for angles café and gift shop.

As an intern on the corporate communications team, I designed both print and digital materials for tradeshows and internal events. For my capstone presentation, I presented a proposal for improving the office environment at Cook Medical's headquarters in Bloomington. I created a virtual tour that implemented historical panels, navigational signage, and local artwork throughout the building.

The Turkish Flagship Center is one of only a handful of programs like this in the country. Because it is so unique, it required a specific brand and identity that would draw in new students. I helped develop this identity and created various print and web materials to promote the program to students.

This position was one of my most challenging and rewarding. I developed different art activities for the club members twice a week that were both fun and educational in some way. I was able to engage with the kids in a unique way through allowing them to have creative freedom.

I have developed marketing strategies for new services that F.P. Horak provides, created ideas for direct mail pieces for the engage! brand, built my own personal website/blog, made sales calls regarding advertising and sponsorship for the Great Lakes Bay Magazine, and worked with graphic, web, and publication designers on various projects.
