I am a highly motivated and process-orientated individual with over 9 years of HR experience. I hold both my SHRM-CP and PHR certification in addition to 2 Bachelor's degrees and my MBA. At my current organization I am the HR Manager, responsible for recruiting, employee relations, multi-state payroll, benefits, compensation, and strategic planning. In the first 3 years of working at this organization I implemented a new HRIS, overhauled our recruiting process, enhanced our benefits while reducing costs, and corrected several compliance gaps within policies and procedures. At my previous employer I was promoted 3 times in less than 4 years, where I lead projects beyond my normal scope of job duties, many working with Executive and Senior Leadership.
