I am a natural leader who is passionate about building relationships, organising people and events, supporting others, nurturing and caring for teams to see them grow, being part of the community and making a difference myself. Having worked with a mentor and coach over a number of months, I am clearer on my own values and what helps me strive at work. When my values of leadership, nurturing, belonging and appreciation are met, I thrive in my work. I am resilient and will support those around me to also grow and develop.When I'm not working, I can be found helping my other half with his business working in tech at events, with my step children, or at one of our school events at Pate's. I enjoy: spending the summer months working on the road visiting Nightlines and basing myself at festivals my partner gets involved with, spending December at a nearby railway tourist attraction, spending Sundays involved with my Church, and overall continuing to learn through one course or another (currently two on the go - understanding autism and basic British sign language)
