Managed eToro’s global network of nine PR agencies, including Australia, Asia, France, GCC, Germany, Italy, Spain. UK and the US. Devised and implemented eToro’s global PR strategy, coordinated global announcements across the network, and worked with agencies to come up with regional-specific ideas and tactics for their media, including content writing, working on research briefs and organising local media events. Also responsible for coordinating and aligning the views of eToro's global analyst network, including working with them on media strategies to position the company as a credible voice in the retail investment community.

Main priorities focused on delivering product-specific marketing campaigns and creating engaging content for both the LME and LME Clear - the purpose built clearing house for the global metals markets. Was responsible for the ongoing marketing of the LME’s core suite of non-ferrous contracts and worked on integrated campaigns for key new products and initiatives, including LMEshield - an electronic commodity receipting platform designed to better facilitate commodity inventory financing. Supported the head of the department on precious and ferrous metals contract launches.Was responsible for the company's social media strategy and authored LME Insight articles, giving timely updates on the metals market, and managed external agencies for creative content.

This was a maternity cover role. As one of two people in the media relations team my role included:• writing press releases and messaging for different areas of the business (new products/initiatives, regulation, our Asia strategy and clearing);• issue management;• monitoring and analysing coverage, which is then compiled into a monthly report;• contributing to the PR strategy of the business;• leading on and implementing the social media strategy. Key successes included:• leading on announcements to achieve global coverage, namely the unveiling of the new open outcry trading floor at its Finsbury square premises (achieved front page coverage on the Financial Times for this pitch) and for the clearing house’s initiative of accepting Chinese off-shore yuan (RMB) as collateral.• managing complicated announcements regarding the exchange’s warehouse reform package, which has faced a lot of criticism in the past and legal challenges. • working with international press including Tokyo TV, France TV, ZDF L’Echo and Het Financieele Dagblad. I also took on an internal comms element to the role by coordinating the content that was published on the company's intranet as well as being a part of the sports and social committee, in which I organised and marketed internal events for staff.

I implemented a system, which educated and empowered colleagues within the business to do PR. This meant I could coordinate the regional effort, which was of low risk, and focus my expertise in generating national coverage. I garnered national press for the charity surrounding the London Marathon as I coordinated the press effort for a team of 500 runners. One member of the team was the oldest woman in the marathon so I achieved national broadcast coverage for her and the charity on Loose Women and This Morning.I organised events at No.10 with Samantha Cameron, Hampton Court Palace with corporate stakeholders and also at the House of Commons, which was attended by Prime Minister, David Cameron and celebrities including Coldplay’s Chris Martin. For these events I handled the budgets and organised all of the communications collateral including press, digital and marketing. In this role I also worked with the digital manager to devise and implement the social media strategy, film and edit videos and design marketing materials with a strong story telling focus, saving the charity thousands of pounds by not having to outsource this to an external agency.I also worked closely with the Head of Communications in creating and implementing the Patronage and Celebrity programme and worked with the likes of Jamie Murray, Alex Brooker, John Bishop, Hannah Cockroft and Rick Edwards.

I supported the PR Manager with research tasks, writing press releases and played an important role in sourcing celebrities for the Kidz Unlimited Awards July 2013. Responsibilities for the awards also involved chaperoning celebrities at the event and sourcing clothes for the awards' hosts to wear.A big part of my work was involved in generating press for the charity's London Marathon team, particularly with regards to Rt Hon. Ed Balls MP and for Iva Barr, the oldest female participant in the race.Daily responsibilities included news updates about how Whizz-Kidz and, more broadly, disability was being discussed in the media and circulating this around staff members for their information.

In this role I worked with the head of press, Peter Robinson, in the newly created in-house PR team of Jigsaw. My main tasks were the organising and shipping of samples to publications in order to achieve press coverage, as well as liaising with stylists to make them aware of the current clothing range to give them ideas for stories using Jigsaw garments. I also aided the Head of Press in the arranging of their press day AW13 and any evening events for journalists. From time to time I still contribute my time to helping out with any events the brand organise, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

This role involved leading on creation and distribution of press releases and organising editorial shoots/press days but also liaising with our European PR representation including Tinc PR in The Netherlands and Claudio Leoni PR in Germany, Italy and Switzerland also.Since working here my responsibilities have included creating press releases, organising marketing campaigns and previews for New York Fashion Week, arranging appointments with magazine editors and writing creative pieces for many of our blogs.In this role I have learnt that it is essential to be organised and have the readiness to learn new things quickly. This industry moves at a quick pace but I enjoy communicating and connecting with new people even if it is just to hear their views on a particular topic or issue.In this role I have worked as part of a team but also as an individual; achieving a good balance between the two is essential.

PR assistant at Edencancan in which I worked on campaigns for MTV, Comedy Central, Supertrash, Children in Need and Moda in Pelle, thus providing me with experience in both Fahsion and Media and Entertainment PR. I also worked as a stylist for Nick Ede which involved organising a TV celebrity copy-cat segment on OK! magazines TV channel - OK!TV.

I was a student at the Parbold School of dance for 12 years and for the last 4 years I was old enough to volunteer and help out with the younger classes twice a week. This involved teaching children aged 3 to 14 The Royal Academy of Dance syllabus in order to prepare them for exams, as well as organising shows and teaching them routines.I found this work very rewarding as I like working with children but it also taught me how to communicate with children of a variety of ages.The reason I stopped the volunteer work was because I moved away to university and thus had to focus on my studies.
