I develop strategies and programs that empower how LinkedIn connects with our communities. In early 2023, I became the leader of Global Workplace Strategic Initiatives after successfully attaching all specific programs I've created or led to other parts of the organization to continue to scale, while continuing to focus on global community affairs in the cities where our largest offices are located. The three accomplishments I'm most proud of in my time at LinkedIn: 1) Creating our Community Development programs including initiating the first tech company affordable housing investment that catalyzed two Mountain View, California, affordable housing communities, an investment concept that was then scaled up by larger peer companies in Silicon Valley and Puget Sound, resulting in thousands of affordable homes now occupied by local families.2) Creating LinkedIn's Global Environmental Sustainability program including successfully advocating LinkedIn take on industry-leading climate commitments of carbon negative, water positive, and zero waste by 2030. 3) Land use entitlement strategy and successful development agreement execution for the LinkedIn Middlefield Campus development enabling LinkedIn to develop a cohesive campus. At the time in late 2018, this was the largest land-use entitlement in the city's and the company's history.
