I build relationships with internal leaders and external partners, enhance consistency in all aspects of recruiting approach, analyze recruiting data to develop new recruiting initiatives, and continuously improve candidate experience, targeting, and conversion. Additionally, I support full life cycle recruiting on roles, as needed.
