Whether it is for clients, my team, the community or family and friends, I am driven by creating this positive culture in all that I do, and inspiring others to do the same.As founder and director of Flock & Co, Flockart Advisory and MiNC Events, I have extensive experience working in the fields of business strategy, operational and cultural change programs, partnerships, event management, activations, creative design, marketing, communications, PR, media, and talent management programs.For more than 25 years my diverse expertise has involved both in-house and agency opportunities delivering for a broad network within the sports, tourism, education, horse racing, transport, life sciences, media, fashion, and celebrity industries.I have led large teams to produce major projects for News Corp, Victoria Racing Club, Melbourne Racing Club, Magic Millions, Australian Turf Club, Myer, David Jones, Australian Grand Prix Corporation, Bulla Diary, SAP, Forest and Wood Products Australia; in addition to delivering maximum ROI to not-for-profit organisations - the Good Friday Appeal, RCD Foundation and Reclink Australia.These projects have encapsulated a service delivery across some of Australia’s most recognised major events including the Spring Racing Carnival; Melbourne Cup Carnival; Magic Millions; Australian Grand Prix; Australian Open; Home Shows; Kids Day Out; Connor’s Run and the Reclink Community Cup.Covid bought about the inevitable ‘pivot’ in my career, opening to the door to the establishment of the Flockart Advisory. As founder and director, I was able to transition more than 25 years of event operational and experiential experience to develop a model for building productive and profitable businesses through progressive operations and empowering teams.Earlier in my career, I held marketing and event positions with Hockey Australia for the 2000 Olympic campaign; with the Melbourne Racing Club and Wrights, all while voluntarily managing multiple charity events.I am a highly motivated person, who operates with an exceptionally hands-on, process-driven, and team-focused approach. My core strength is to bring vision from a simple idea to create a blueprint which delivers fresh concepts, refined processes, and exemplary execution for all projects.I am a passionate sports enthusiast, and have an active involvement in health and fitness areas of life; individually, as a parent and as a volunteer.
