• Partner with clients to develop and execute core leadership development processes (performance & talent management, development/training programs, data analysis & reporting, organizational design) for multiple lines of business (~10,000 individuals).• Design, develop and deliver multi-component development program targeted to top talent senior executives. Program components include assessment, multi-day residential learning events with internal and external thought leaders, executive coaching and virtual learning opportunities. Assessed the potential for a locally inclusive economic development model in the educational tourism sector of Northern Thailand through participatory research methods and quantitative analysis skills using advanced regression models in STATACollected household data from over 10 villages; analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively in order to assess potential for economic opportunities within villages, and how various factors affect the socio-economic status of indigenous populations in Northern Thailand.

• Provided organizational strengthening to 6 women’s issues organizations through workshops that included participatory project design, implementation, and evaluation on the micro level, as well as policy development and program analysis at the macro level. • Independently monitored the progress of a nationally implemented domestic violence awareness program against an internally developed project framework with target indicators over a 5 year trajectory • Collected and analyzed baseline/interim project data in order to advocate for national level policy reforms. Completed over 100 surveys to conduct a current situation analysis that would further inform the formation of policies and guidelines aimed at increasing the quality of healthcare for persons living with HIV/AIDS• Created a city-wide female mentorship program with 80 participants focusing on addressing social/health issues of at-risk female youth such as health and nutrition, life skills, and future participation in society• Assisted in the design and implementation of a multi-region agri-business development project. Developed and maintained a SPSS database of 800 native cocoa farmers. Trained families in inclusive farming practices utilizing women’s labor and improved agricultural practices to increase productivity and thus average familial income by 45%.• Worked independently with Mayan women to conduct needs assessments, evaluate results, and design appropriate programs/projects to promote education, encourage economic development, and strengthen democratic institutions. • Supported a locally based Tourism Association in project planning, design, and implementation of a two-year village development program.
