Marketing Communications Lead executing impactful marketing communications initiatives for a law firm of 225 attorneys with locations in three states. Responsible for implementing a content marketing program to showcase the legal knowledge of the attorneys and to educate prospective clients on the services available through the firm in order to grow potential leads. The program implementation included development of a cross-promotional monthly e-newsletter and blog, as well as editorial calendars for each, and integration of content into firm advertising efforts. Identified the need for a social media process to support this program, and developed processes to implement accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube in accordance with industry ethics requirements. Led integrated marketing efforts during the merger of Bingham McHale and Greenebaum Doll and McDonald to create the brand of Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP. Served as a key member of the operations integration steering committee, a cross-functional team responsible for evaluating the processes of the legacy firms, and recommending and implementing best practices for the combined firm. Successfully led the evaluation of the firm's website needs, the selection of a website vendor, and managed the vendor relationship throughout the new website build and content migration. Wrote and edited copy for the new website.Led content marketing efforts post-merger to direct video-based content to tell the story of the attorneys of the firm. Directed video vendor in production efforts, and in integration of new videos into monthly ad campaigns in print, radio and online media.

Developed and implemented public information campaigns on services available through the office, as well as public policy messages, including the PRSA Pinnacle Award winning "Rethinking Redistricting" campaign. Managed internal and external communications across all four divisions of the office.Managed the Secretary of State’s website content, and coordinated with state technical support and website vendors to support and maintain the site. Managed the stand-alone website for “Rethinking Redistricting.”Implemented a Facebook account for the office, and worked one-on-one with the Secretary to use this tool to communicate with constituents. Managed social media accounts for the executive office, including Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
