Editorial lead for Horse & Country TV’s website.Three month contract was continually extended since inception in March 2009, and ran until I was due to have a baby in 2011.Led and delivered web coverage of major equestrian and countryside events. Recruited a team of celebrity bloggers to contribute to the site and managed and maintained these.

Achievements:Control of budget totalling US$1.1m. All content.

Produced and edited the bbc.co.uk/lifestyle portal areas. Managed a core team and several budgets.Achievements: Improved traffic to the portal homepage from 265,000 (Apr-June 02) to 4.5m (Aug-Oct 04) PIs.Produced a 50-minute live celebrity-filled programme that was streamed online for Children in Need. Scoped, developed and executed the online proposition.

As Deputy Editor, worked closely with the Editor to develop an editorial strategy that would boost page impressions to one million by March 2002.Cultivated relationships between the website and the offline magazine.Promoted to Acting Editor in March 2002 and was fully responsible for the site and the team.Boosted traffic to an average of 1.5 million page.

During my degree, I worked as a freelance reporter for BBC Radio One (CASP), BBC Radio Four, the Bournemouth Echo, LWT, and the Young Telegraph and spent ten years producing and presenting programmes for my local hospital radio station.
