Our society has embraced the paradigm of "the other" which causes more harm than good; The way we treat the most vulnerable, traumatized, mistreated, underrepresented in our communities is a direct reflection of our own moral character as a society. I thrive in front of groups of people at all different change readiness levels. Embracing these differences while addressing barriers to change and understanding within an organization results in more positive training outcomes.
