My drive comes from my firm belief that all people should be considered and treated as just that: people. Our society has embraced the paradigm of "the other" which causes more harm than good; The way we treat the most vulnerable, traumatized, mistreated, underrepresented in our communities is a direct reflection of our own moral character as a society. I thrive in front of groups of people at all different change readiness levels. Working to deliver curriculum that accommodates different adult learning styles and personality profiles has helped me recognize how these differences enrich our communities. Embracing these differences while addressing barriers to change and understanding within an organization results in more positive training outcomes.
