My career path at KPMG has not been a typical one. I began my career at KPMG in corporate tax, obtained my CPA designation in 2015, and spent 8.5 years working alongside our brilliant financial services and real estate tax team. I was promoted to tax senior manager in 2020 and, in 2022, took on the opportunity to lead the GVA tax campus recruitment team. Today, I focus on attracting top talent for our GVA tax service lines and KPMG Law. I work with candidates from universities and law schools for internships, co-ops and full-time roles in tax and law, as well as with experienced professionals, while leaning on my years of experience working in the business. I lead our KPMG tax recruitment strategy, collaborating with our fantastic recruiters and employer brand team to attract diverse talent to meet current and future business needs.I am the GVA co-chair of the KPMG Impact Awards, a program that celebrates the positive impact KPMG people make on social issues, inclusion, diversity & equity, mental health and the environment through community volunteerism, employee-led initiatives in the firm, and client work/pro bono.In my free time, if I’m not travelling the world, you’ll usually find me running as I train for my next marathon. I get to combine my passion of running with my role at KPMG as our enthusiastic KPMG Sun Run team captain. Views expressed are my own
