Worked on updating the General Plan.

Planning department: research for the general plan housing element, updating city maps, staff reports, posting public notices, plan checking, and overseeing the development permit process.

Worked as an independent planning consultant to develop a family entertainment center for a 131- acre infill site. The effort included: conceptual and development plans, an initial study, off site improvements, and a reconciliation strategy, all of which was finalized in a narrative report (~ 150 pgs of original work) and presentation to the public.

ASI is a nonprofit student run corporation with an auxiliary budget of $12 million. Only 3 students are elected to serve as representatives for the College of Architecture (1,900 students). The role consisted of implementing policies and parameters for the affairs, properties, personnel and operations.
