She was always the first recruiter making calls for the day, hitting her quotas with hours to spare, and staying after hours waiting for that one last candidate to reply. Her ability to do all of this with a constant smile and positive attitude inspired not only the recruiters around her, but myself as well. I am certainly a better manager as a result of having Katie on my team. As fantastic as Katie is as a worker, I think it is important to mention that even this is overshadowed by Katie as a person. She is genuinely one of the most stand up individuals I have had the pleasure to call a co-worker and friend. She is so passionate not only about her work, but her friends, family, and improving the world around her.
