Lead Enterprise Retail Operational Excellence office with work streams across SHC Retail and Merchandising Operations including centralized Direct Strategic Sourcing team supporting National brands negotiations and contracting; Lean/Six Sigma planning,training, implementation, value analysis, control plans; Additional initiatives developed and delivered include Portfolio Management, Multi-channel operational expansion and roll out Kmart format.

Responsible for leading and supporting enterprise procurement strategic planning and operations of Sears Holdings Corporation: Finance, Technology, Sourcing COE, Analytics, Program management office, Contract and Bid Policy, Business Process Outsourcing. Set organization and portfolio direction though development of both short and long term goals with team delivery of strategic sourcing for spend management, value and cost containment initiatives. Responsible for Procurement Finance and Spend Analytics.Led procurement technology solutions including supplier negotiations, solution identification and implementation road map for new enterprise procure to Pay (P2P) system.Sponsor, update and maintain enterprise policies around competitive bid policies and contract management and compliance, capital contracts committee.Led and managed governance of procurement and enterprise outsourced and offshore tracks.Created and launched Program Management Office (PMO) to develop, train and rollout Strategic Sourcing methodology as well as operational and systems training. Supplier Performance, Supplier Diversity metrics and reporting, Procurement metrics, and industry benchmarking incorporated as part of Knowledge Center.Consistent contributions in annualized savings was delivered with additional value delivery in quality improvements and demand management.
