CurrentKey Responsibilities of this role include:Learning & Development Leadership: Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization. Regularly assess training effectiveness, identifying and driving initiatives that enhance skills, engagement, and retention among all team members.Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with executive leadership to support and drive HR initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic plan. Leverage HR insights to contribute to business planning and execute strategies that support talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management.Employee Relations & Field Support: Act as the principal HR partner for field and market staff, offering targeted support across all employment stages. Develop and implement proactive employee relations strategies that promote a positive work environment, manage conflict resolution, and address performance management effectively.Team Supervision and HR Operations: Oversee a skilled team of HR professionals responsible for core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration and more. Empower the team to provide proactive and responsive HR support that drives organizational efficiency and cultivates a cohesive, supportive workplace culture.Core Values and Competency Relaunch: Spearheaded the relaunch of the organization’s core values and competencies, incorporating manager support, tailored learning initiatives, and practical resources to reinforce alignment with organizational goals and foster a values-driven workplace culture.Leadership Development Program: Lead "The Greenhouse", the organization’s flagship leadership development program, launched in August 2023. Drive program success through curriculum refinement, participant engagement, and outcome measurement, equipping future leaders with the skills and insights needed for impactful leadership.
