Key support position responsible for facilitating all administration and global communication support to the CIO. Multifaceted support role including "Live Time" communications management between CIO and all International contacts. Other key duties include managing and control of the daily calendar, emails, phone screening and timely communication coordination of local and International reports.ADMINISTRATION AND ORGANIZATION SUPPORTDaily "critical path" schedule management and meeting facilitation (preparation, coordination, agenda control, report compiling and generation, etc.)COMMUNICATION AND CLIENT RELATIONSSingle-handed role ensuring that the CIO is available 24/7 with full-time support to facilitate his needs. Working in a "Live Time" International environment, tremendous focus placed upon answering and screening all emails in a "Live Time" (immediate turn around) technique, requiring a consequential full-time critical path prioritization/ re-prioritization technique in a fast-paced process based environment.

Responsible for managing the compensation and overall HR Operations that support all International employees and contractors. Areas of focus: Write up candidate contract, extend offer and negotiate correspondence. Facilitate transfers, relocations and on boarding new hires, International Travel- including medical exams, Visa preparations, travel itinerary, and new hire orientation. Handle personnel documentation, compensation and benefits, HRIS data integrity, employee relations, and personnel research. Accountable for administration, development and implementation of IHR policies. Flexible in the resolution of compensation issues without sacrificing internal equity. This is an action oriented, hands-on position with the skill sets to work independently and with a sense of urgency, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and initiatives.

Reporting directly to CEO, started as Executive Assistant in August 2004 and promoted to Operation Manager in January 2006. Personally assisted with and oversaw start-up, integration and daily operations of 4 privately held companies. Accountable for the Group's operational P&L activities for all 4 entities, including Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Operations.

Conversion company positioned to offer buyers alternative home ownership solutions.Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, assisted in overseeing a variety of project functions and supported Sales & Marketing in design, marketing, weekly promotional activities and buyer packet presentation and selling upgrade packages to new home buyers. Project support consisted of a large amount of analytical/statistical research, weekly lead tracking, conversion ratios, historical tracking and vendor coordination.
