Led fundraising and development efforts at CARE Chest of Sierra Nevada, a non-profit agency with a mission to improve the lives of Northern Nevadans in need by providing free access to medical supplies, equipment and prescriptions. Raised more than $3 million to help local families live healthier, happier lives. Responsible for writing and reporting on all government and private foundation grants, the management and recruitment of corporate partners and individual donors, and the development and implementation of strategic fundraising plans. Spearheaded public relations and marketing initiatives to spread awareness of the organization's mission and to increase funding opportunities on both a local and national level.
