Served as the lead of the $2M Smart Truck Program, an automated process for tying the bidding system and ERP to daily scheduling, job inventory, fleet and job tracking, job costing (labor and material), payroll, and reporting.• Responsible for design concepts, planning, implementation and support of tablet, web app integrated to existing ERP system and out-of-the-box IFS software.• Identified and communicated specs to both internal and external IT staff.• Primary contact and lead for learning an add-on software customized for our company (IFS); trained and educated programmers to integrate with the software for route optimization and capacity planning.• Responsible for design, development and implementation of on-site training at 30 branch locations.
