I have been a mentor, trainer, and leader for over 15 years. I have worked in the classroom with emerging learners, experienced professionals, and everyone in between. I have led teams through change and uncertainty and worked collaboratively to accomplish company-wide objectives.I am highly familiar with adult learning theory and have experience in instructional design. I have developed and authored synchronous and asynchronous training modules ranging from robust onboarding curricula to microlearning courses. I have expertise in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, Word, Share Point, MS Automation, Camtasia, and Audiate. I have an eye for aesthetics and a mind for learning objectives, and I believe that remote and virtual learning can be effective and fun!I am a bilingual professional fluent in English and American Sign Language and hold a National Certification in ASL Interpreting.
