Co-ordinating careers education activities by pairing schools with business volunteers to improve student understanding of the world of work. We work with students most in need of guidance, working to improve social mobility and their personal outlook for the future.- Designing, planning, and delivering careers workshops and activities to students in schools, at business sites, and virtually.- Facilitating careers panels, workshops, interview practice, employability boot camps, speed networking events between students and business professionals, long-term mentoring courses, and enterprise challenges with young people across the U.K.- Phone and email communication with our business and education partners to plan, deliver, and report findings on the impact of our activities- Creating interactive resources to best share our business partners' careers guidance with young people - Maintaining CRM records of past and prospective volunteers, generating reports of unique business engagement, unique volunteer engagement, number of students impacted, events attended, and many more!
