Nerd moment - I love efficient, user driven processes and through my 10+ years of experience in technology I have been able to help implement those kinds of solutions for both internal and external clients. Combining an engineering mindset with industries from Retail to Finance to Public Sector I focus on innovative products that make my clients' lives easy.Given my career in software development and passion for learning, I have been able to quickly absorb Salesforce knowledge. Since starting my Salesforce journey, I have earned ten certifications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Associate, Admin, Business Analyst, App Builder, Advanced Admin, AI Associate, and AI Specialist). I have completed five end to end Salesforce Service Cloud implementations for state and local government clients along with smaller projects and blueprints for federal government clients and non profits.
